AK Infotech operates as a wholesale distributor of CCTV cameras, computers, laptops, biometric systems, and IT products. Our services are primarily intended for business-to-business (B2B) transactions including retailers, system integrators, resellers, corporate buyers, and businesses requiring bulk purchases. While we may serve individual consumers for certain products, our pricing, terms, and policies are structured for wholesale and bulk orders.
To purchase from AK Infotech, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are representing a business entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and ordering process, including business name, GST number (if applicable), contact details, and delivery address.
3. Product Information and Availability
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary slightly in appearance. Specifications are subject to change by manufacturers without notice.
All products are subject to availability. While we maintain substantial inventory levels, we cannot guarantee that all products displayed on our website or discussed during inquiries will be in stock at the time of order placement. In case of unavailability, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund of any advance payment made. We reserve the right to limit quantities available for purchase and to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
As an authorized dealer for multiple brands including Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ESSL, ZKTeco, and others, we guarantee that all products sold are 100% genuine with proper manufacturer warranty. However, we are not responsible for any changes in manufacturer policies, warranty terms, or product specifications that occur after the date of purchase.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices displayed on our website or quoted during inquiries are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Wholesale prices are typically provided upon request based on order quantity, product selection, and current market conditions. The prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, GST, shipping charges, and any other fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final invoice will include all applicable charges and taxes as per Indian tax laws.
We accept multiple payment methods including cash, UPI, credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, cheques, and cash on delivery (for qualified customers). For bulk orders, we may require advance payment or partial payment before processing the order. Payment terms for credit facilities are subject to credit approval and may vary based on order value and customer relationship. EMI facilities through Bajaj Finserv and other partners are available for eligible purchases, subject to approval by the financing partner.
All payments must be made in full before delivery unless credit terms have been explicitly agreed upon in writing. In case of payment default or delay, we reserve the right to cancel the order, withhold delivery, charge interest on outstanding amounts, and pursue legal remedies. For cheque payments, delivery will be made only after cheque clearance. Any bank charges, transaction fees, or payment gateway charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Order Placement and Confirmation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products subject to these Terms and Conditions. Your order is not confirmed until we send you an order confirmation via email, phone, or written communication. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion for any reason including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, credit concerns, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Order confirmation will include details such as product descriptions, quantities, pricing, applicable taxes, delivery charges, estimated delivery timeline, and payment terms. Please review the order confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled without our written consent. Any changes to confirmed orders may be subject to additional charges or restocking fees.
For bulk orders or special requirements, we may provide a formal quotation valid for a specified period (typically 7-15 days). Quotations are subject to product availability and pricing at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to revise quotations if there are significant changes in market prices, currency exchange rates, or manufacturer pricing before order confirmation.
6. Delivery and Shipping
AK Infotech offers pan-India delivery through reliable logistics partners. Delivery timelines vary based on product availability, delivery location, and logistics partner schedules. Estimated delivery times provided are approximate and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, but we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control including natural disasters, transportation strikes, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
Delivery charges are calculated based on order value, weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Delivery charges will be communicated during order confirmation and included in the final invoice. For large or bulk orders, we may arrange special logistics and the charges will be quoted separately. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon pickup from our showroom.
It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect products upon delivery and note any visible damage or discrepancies on the delivery receipt. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and delivery documentation. We will not be responsible for damage or loss reported after this period. For self-pickup from our showroom, products must be inspected and acknowledged at the time of pickup.
Delivery address provided must be accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If delivery attempts fail due to recipient unavailability or address issues, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts. Unclaimed shipments may be returned to our facility and subject to restocking fees.
7. Warranty and Product Support
All products sold by AK Infotech come with manufacturer warranty as specified by the respective brand. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by product and manufacturer. Warranty information will be provided with the product documentation at the time of delivery. As an authorized dealer, we facilitate warranty claims and provide support in coordinating with manufacturers for warranty service.
Warranty coverage typically includes manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, environmental factors, power surges, or normal wear and tear. Software issues, compatibility problems, and user errors are generally not covered under hardware warranty unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.
To claim warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice), warranty card (if applicable), and detailed description of the issue. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer inspection and approval. Warranty service may include repair, replacement, or refund at the manufacturer's discretion. Warranty service timelines depend on manufacturer policies and service center availability, which are beyond our control.
AK Infotech provides reasonable assistance in warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturer decisions, service delays, or warranty denials. We do not provide extended warranty beyond manufacturer warranty unless explicitly purchased separately. Any extended warranty or additional service plans are subject to separate terms and conditions provided by the warranty provider.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our wholesale business and the products we sell, returns and refunds are subject to strict conditions. Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if we delivered incorrect products. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence including photographs, delivery documentation, and detailed description of the issue.
Products eligible for return must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact. Products that have been installed, used, or have broken seals (except for initial inspection) are not eligible for return. Custom-ordered products, special-order items, and products purchased on clearance or special promotion are non-returnable unless defective.
Approved returns will be subject to inspection upon receipt at our facility. If the return is approved after inspection, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Refund amount may be subject to restocking fees (typically 10-20% of product value) and will exclude shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or defective product. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return conditions.
Order cancellations are accepted only before the order has been processed and shipped. Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellation may not be possible. If cancellation is approved after processing, it may be subject to cancellation fees to cover processing and restocking costs. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-14 business days after deducting applicable cancellation fees.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from improper installation, incorrect use, compatibility issues, software problems, or any issues arising from products after delivery. Technical support and installation services, if provided, are offered as a courtesy and we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. You acknowledge that you are purchasing products for resale or business use and accept the associated risks.

All content on the AK Infotech website including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software is the property of AK Infotech or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Brand names, logos, and trademarks of products we sell belong to their respective manufacturers and are used by us as an authorized dealer for identification purposes only. Use of these trademarks does not imply endorsement by the trademark owners. You waive any objection to venue in Chennai courts and any claim that Chennai is an inconvenient forum.
